A successful team candidate at Natural Balance is a compassionate LMT who is focused on building a successful career by providing patient centered care and evidenced-based results for patients or clients presenting with medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities include: Establishing a treatment program with specific goals according to the patient's capacity and tolerance, as related to the medical referral of a primary care provider. A capacity to listen to patient concerns and provide excellent and appropriate massage therapy. Understanding and adhering to Natural Balance’s firm commitment to patient-centered work is essential. The ideal candidate is committed to helping expand a supportive community of professionals promoting wellness and healthy living.

Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs

Maintain detailed treatment records and SOAP notes

License Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited school.

Current Alaska State Massage License
-
Current CPR certification.
